Amplitude SLA credit guide

What Amplitude's own agreement actually says about availability: no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process, so there is nothing to file for a bad month — plus where a service level for Amplitude would live if you have one, and the outage record Ontracko keeps regardless.

What SLA credit are you owed when Amplitude is down?

Amplitude publishes NO availability SLA at all — no uptime percentage, no credit schedule and no claim process — so there is nothing to file for a bad month, and any "Amplitude uptime guarantee" figure circulating elsewhere did not come from Amplitude's own terms. If you have a service level with Amplitude, it lives in your own Order Form or negotiated agreement — that document, not a public page, is where the commitment and any remedy actually are. Ontracko monitors Amplitude for free either way and keeps the dated outage record, which is what a renewal conversation runs on. One more thing about the deadline, because Amplitude not stating one is not the same as there being none: file promptly anyway. A contract can carry a limitation period nobody printed, evidence ages badly, and the status-page record a claim is built on is easiest to defend while it is fresh. If Ontracko shows a date against a Amplitude claim, that date is our own monitoring reminder rather than anything Amplitude set — we will never let it expire a claim, and you should never quote it to Amplitude as their window.

Amplitude (Main Service Agreement — no availability SLA published)no published commitment · nothing to file

No filable service credit exists for Amplitude (Main Service Agreement — no availability SLA published) under the standard agreement — not a tier table gap, a genuine zero. NO SERVICE CREDIT EXISTS, AND NO UPTIME COMMITMENT EITHER — do not tell a customer Amplitude owes them money, and do not quote them a percentage. Amplitude's Main Service Agreement at amplitude.com/msa (Last Updated May 13, 2026) is the governing published document and contains NO occurrence of "Service Level", "SLA", "uptime", "availability" or "service credit" at all; amplitude.com/legal/sla returns 404. The 99.9 stored in slaCommitment above is the generic monitoring default carried over so scoring still runs — it is NOT an Amplitude commitment and must never be presented as one. THE SOLE PUBLISHED REMEDY is the warranty path in section 8.2: if Amplitude determines corrections to be impracticable, either party may terminate the Agreement and Amplitude refunds, pro rata, prepaid fees for the terminated portion of the Order Form. The MSA also expressly disclaims that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and states that an interruption due to circumstances beyond Amplitude's reasonable control — a failure of telecommunications or network systems it does not control — is not a service outage or deficiency for the purposes of any remedy. THE SUPPORT DOCUMENT IS A DECOY: the MSA points to Amplitude's Technical Support offerings, which are RESPONSE-TIME commitments, not an availability credit. If a customer believes a credit is owed, the only place a remedy could live is their own Order Form — unpublished, and not verifiable from here. The catalog blurb for Amplitude previously read "99.9% SLA" and has been corrected for exactly this reason.

Is there a Amplitude SLA credit to file?

No — there is nothing to file. Amplitude’s standard agreement doesn’t pay a per-incident service credit, so filing a claim would go nowhere. Frequently asked

What is Amplitude's SLA uptime commitment?

Amplitude does not publish one. Its own agreement states no uptime percentage anywhere, so there is no commitment to quote — any figure attributed to Amplitude elsewhere did not come from Amplitude's terms. If you hold a negotiated Order Form, any availability commitment you have lives there.

Does Amplitude pay an SLA service credit?

No — and there is no commitment behind it either. Amplitude's published agreement states no uptime percentage and provides no service credit, so there is no figure to miss and nothing to file for a bad month.
