Supabase SLA credit guide

What Supabase owes you when it misses its uptime commitment — the credit tiers, the filing deadline, how to file, and a calculator to estimate your credit.

What SLA credit are you owed when Supabase is down?

When Supabase (Enterprise Order Form) falls below its 99.9% uptime commitment, you're owed an SLA service credit worth 10%–30% of the affected service's monthly spend — larger the further uptime fell — claimable within 30 days of the end of the affected billing month. It's a credit toward a future invoice, not a cash refund.

ENTERPRISE-ONLY: applies solely to Enterprise Customers named in an Order Form — Free/Pro/Team have no contractual uptime or credit right regardless of downtime. Claim by EMAIL to support@supabase.io within 30 days of the END of the affected month. The SLA references "previously reported" outage times, so an outage never reported during the month may fail that precondition — report incidents as they happen. Total credits capped at 20% of fees paid for the affected services over the preceding 12 months. Service Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy.

How to file a Supabase SLA credit claim

Portal: Supabase Support (email) ↗

  1. ⚠️ ELIGIBILITY FIRST: this SLA applies only to Enterprise Customers named in an Order Form. Free, Pro and Team plans have no contractual uptime or credit right under it, however much downtime occurred.
  2. Email support@supabase.io within 30 days of the END OF THE MONTH in which the uptime commitment was missed.
  3. Include your account ID or registered email plus the previously reported dates and times of the outage — the SLA assumes you already reported the incident, so a never-reported outage may fail this precondition.
  4. Credit tiers: 10% (below 99.9% down to 99.0%), 15% (below 99.0% down to 98.0%), 20% (below 98.0% down to 96.0%), 30% (below 96.0%).
  5. Total credits are capped at 20% of the total fees paid for the affected services under the Order Form over the preceding 12 months.
  6. Service Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for missing the uptime commitment.
